9 out of 10 customers satisfied with Cegedim Rx
Leading pharmacy IT provider Cegedim Rx reports strong results in its customer survey.
Cegedim Rx asked customers to complete a survey to assess customer satisfaction levels across several key areas. Cegedim Rx is pleased to reveal that scores for every section on the survey have improved from 2008, with overall satisfaction at almost 90%.
Pharmacists were particularly pleased with the service they received after the installation of their Cegedim Rx pharmacy system. Training and technical support scored highly, at 85% and 93% respectively, as did the company’s consumables ordering service at 95%.
These may be good results, but Cegedim Rx insists it will not rest on its laurels. The company states that it has plans for further improvements in place for 2010 based on customer feedback and support for pharmacists in the national IT programmes scheduled for rollout this year.
Customers who completed the survey were entered into a prize draw to win a luxury hamper from Selfridges worth over £100. The winner was George Mileusnic from Mileusnic Pharmacy in Batley, West Yorkshire. He said, “When I completed my customer survey back in October I didn’t imagine for a second that I would win the hamper, so it was a lovely surprise when I received a phone call informing me that I had won. Cegedim Rx have already answered the queries that I raised, in general the system works really well and we are satisfied with the service that we receive.”
Natalie Wilson, Marketing Manager for Cegedim Rx, concludes, “Record numbers of customers took the time to respond to our questionnaire, showing just how important their PMR system is to their pharmacy, particularly with ETP programmes in England, Scotland and Wales gaining momentum. We now have some valuable feedback that we are using to further develop our systems and services in line with our customers’ needs.”
